Subject: RE: Disability issues at Vanderbilt Beach - Facilities Management

Skip,

I will be meeting with our project managers to review ADA issues at Vanderbilt Beach today at 1:30 PM.  We will determine what ADA issues exists and how much we can quickly handle in-house.  I have spoken with Victor Latavish, our contracted Architect, and have asked him to incorporate the Beach Parks in our current ADA Renovation Program for Parks and Recreation.  He will also preparing any architectural drawings needed to make the Vanderbilt bathhouse current with all ADA guidelines. I have spoken with Murdo Smith and we will coordinate his work, if any, on the boardwalks.

If it is ok with you, I would like to touch base with the "Public Shore" representatives to open the line of communications as we move forward with these ADA improvements.

Thank you,

Dan
