Cheryl Miller Environmental Specialist III worked for FDEP- Bureau of Beaches & Coastal Systems

Ms. Miller found several issues with this permit, especially those relating to Sea Grasses. She dived the Hideaway Beach shoreline and found several colonies of Sea Grasses which weren't shown in the permit.
